Returns and defective items

Contact admin@activefunshop.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return or report a defect. Include your order number, item name or SKU, and a description of the issue. For visible damage or defects, include photos.

Defective items

Defective items are eligible for replacement after the defect has been validated.

Unwanted items

You may request a return for an unwanted item within the 30-day window. Approved unwanted-item returns receive store credit for the price paid, less a 20% restocking fee.

Return authorization

A return merchandise authorization (RMA) is required before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted. We will provide the return destination, instructions, and applicable shipping arrangements when authorizing your return. Do not send returns to an address without our authorization.

These terms do not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
