Shipping policy
Shipping within the contiguous United States
Shipping is currently available to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC. We do not currently offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO military postal addresses, or international destinations.
Orders normally require 1–2 business days for processing before shipment. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
Rates and estimated transit times
- Standard: $9.99, with an estimated 5–7 business days in transit after shipment.
- Free Standard shipping for eligible orders of $99.99 or more.
Processing time is additional, so allow approximately 6–9 business days from order processing through delivery. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Available options, eligibility, and the final shipping charge are shown at checkout.
Heavy and freight items
Products marked “Shipping quote required” are excluded from the $9.99 Standard rate and free-shipping offer. Contact admin@activefunshop.com with the product, selected variant, quantity and delivery ZIP code before ordering. We will confirm availability, delivery arrangements and the total cost including shipping before payment. Delivery estimates for these items are provided with the quote.
Order updates
Orders ship in discreet packaging. Tracking information will be provided when available. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you about your options.
For shipping questions, a missing delivery, or an address correction, contact admin@activefunshop.com with your order number. An address change may not be possible once an order has shipped.
